They are perfect for pannacotta, custard as well as puddings, and fruit jellies. The molds are made of three parts: body, small upper cap, and big lower cap. Close the small-cap, turn it upside down, and fill the mold to the line; close the big cap and put it in the fridge (keeping it upside down).
Once ready, extract from the fridge, remove the big cap, and lay the mold upright on a dish: once you remove the small-cap, the custard will come out of the mold and lay on the dish without leaving any leftovers
